Our concentrate formulas and packet refill system mean that our cleaners are part of a more sustainable lifestyle. There’s less packaging waste and you save money because you reuse the bottles, simply refilling with the contents of a 1 oz packet and adding water. We reduce the products’ carbon footprint by shipping less weight. The packet system means no measuring, no complicated dilution formulas, just pour, fill and mix.

With our sustainable refill packet system, all you have to do when your sprayer bottle runs dry is to order refill packets, individually or in multiples. And to save even more money, look for Autoship.

Autoship

When you take a look at our  individual Enzyme Cleaner product pages for our complete ingredient list, you’ll see a nice short list of no more than 4 ingredients.

The coolest part of this line...is the fact that the products are concentrated formulas that you mix with water yourself….Concentrated formulas = less shipping weight = lower carbon footprint...The line is totally affordable too....I'd much rather have natural enzymes eating away my stains than caustic chemicals - wouldn't you?

  • How many refills do I need to make a full bottle of cleaner?

Each refill packet makes 16 oz of cleaner.

  • How do I mix the contents of the refill packet?

Tear (or cut) off the top of the packet, carefully pour the contents into the bottle squeezing out the last drop and add 15 oz of tap water. Helpful hint: If you cut at the dotted line, there is a small spout that makes emptying the concentrate neater.

  • How do I mix the cleaner?

Just one refill packet will make 16 oz of cleaner, so just cut open the packet along the recommended line and combine the entire 1 oz concentrate with 15 oz of tap water in the reusable sprayer bottle.

Tip to avoid foaming: When mixing the concentrate from the packets into the 16 oz spray bottle, put the water in first… leaving room for 1 oz concentrate. This will avoid the foam generated by adding water after the concentrate. If there is concern that you will fill too much water, simply fill three quarters water, then add concentrate, then top off. Either way avoids the foaming you get when you add water ON TOP of concentrate.
